These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether an individual or corporate entity) and Veribuild Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Veribuild Studio," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing veribuildstudio.com, utilizing our API, or using our software solutions, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Provision of Services

Veribuild Studio provides advanced B2B video marketing automation tools, rendering, and localization workflows. We reserve the absolute right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at our sole discretion, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and shall not be liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from server maintenance or unforeseen technical difficulties.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the raw video assets and text you upload to the platform. By utilizing the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, host, and render this content solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you.

Our Platform: Veribuild Studio exclusively owns all rights, title, and interest in the platform's underlying code, algorithms, UI/UX designs, trademarks, and proprietary methodologies. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy our software under any circumstances.

3. User Responsibilities and Account Security

You are completely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is deemed your responsibility. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and to promptly update such information. Using temporary or disposable email addresses to abuse trial limitations is strictly prohibited.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL VERIBUILD STUDIO LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOST DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them shall be governed entirely by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
