1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We proudly offer a fourteen (14) day money-back guarantee strictly for new, initial paid subscriptions. If you determine that our platform does not meet your business requirements, you are entitled to request a full refund within exactly fourteen (14) calendar days from the timestamp of your original purchase.

This guarantee is exclusively applicable to the very first billing cycle of a newly created subscription. Upgrades, downgrades, or subsequent purchases do not qualify for this guarantee.

2. Subscription Renewals and Cancellations

Veribuild Studio operates on an auto-renewing subscription model. It is your sole responsibility to manage your subscription. Refunds are strictly prohibited for subscription renewals once the renewal billing period has commenced. To avoid recurring charges, you must cancel your subscription via your account dashboard prior to the next scheduled billing date. Prorated refunds for unused time in a billing cycle are not provided.

3. Refund Request Procedure

• The exact email address registered to the account.
• The date of purchase, invoice number, and plan tier.
• A brief, qualitative reason for the cancellation to help us improve our services.

Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

4. Exceptions and Forfeiture

You will automatically forfeit your right to any refund if:

• Your account is suspended, restricted, or terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy (e.g., generating illegal content, spamming).
• The refund request is initiated after the 14-day window has elapsed.
• We detect abusive behavior regarding the refund policy, such as repetitive sign-ups and cancellations.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We urge clients to contact our support team to resolve billing discrepancies before initiating a bank chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks constitute a breach of contract, resulting in immediate and permanent account suspension.
