Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the boundaries of acceptable behavior when utilizing the Veribuild Studio LLC platform, APIs, and services. Adherence to this AUP is a mandatory condition of your Terms of Service agreement.

1. Strict Prohibitions

Users are strictly and unequivocally prohibited from using Veribuild Studio infrastructure to engage in, facilitate, or promote any of the following:

• Illegal Activities: Any violation of local, state, national, or international law, including the dissemination of illicit materials or facilitation of fraud.
• Deepfakes and Misinformation: The unauthorized generation of synthetic media (deepfakes) portraying non-consenting individuals. Generating content intended to interfere with elections, spread political disinformation, or deceive the general public is strictly forbidden.
• Malicious Outreach (Spam): Utilizing generated assets for unsolicited bulk communication, deceptive phishing campaigns, or violating the CAN-SPAM Act or similar global anti-spam legislation.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Uploading, modifying, or distributing copyrighted assets, trademarks, or proprietary material without explicit legal authorization from the rights holder.
• Explicit and Harmful Content: Generating, hosting, or distributing pornographic material, extreme violence, hate speech, harassment, or content promoting self-harm.

2. System Abuse and Technical Restrictions

To ensure platform stability for all clients, you may not:

• Attempt to bypass rate limits, utilize unauthorized scraping tools, or reverse-engineer the rendering pipeline.
• Upload malware, trojans, or execute denial-of-service (DoS) attacks against our infrastructure.
• Create automated "bot" accounts to abuse free tiers or promotional credits.

3. Investigation and Enforcement

Veribuild Studio LLC employs automated monitoring and manual audits to enforce this policy. In the event of a suspected violation, we reserve the right to immediately freeze the offending account, quarantine relevant data, and conduct an investigation. Verified violations will result in absolute, irreversible account termination without refund. Furthermore, we will not hesitate to report criminal activity to federal law enforcement agencies and collaborate fully with their investigations.
